FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: self-contained protective therapeutic and diagnostic device for treating ischemic heart disease (IHD) and developing complications comprises an electric cardiorecorder, a control unit connected to it, a self-contained power supply unit, a signalling unit for an abnormal cardiac function disturbance by means of light or sound indication, a unit for transmitting data from the electric cardiorecorder by wireless channel, a satellite navigation unit transmitting coordinates of the patient's location to the ambulance station. Electric cardiorecorderis coated with a material with high electroconductivity. Unit of injectable subcutaneous administration of drug (6) device consists of capsule with insulin (7) and sterile needle (11) connected through tube (8) with regulator (9) connected to control unit to control pressure on capsule from excess pressure source (10). Vest is made of fabric, which protects from piercing-cutting action.

EFFECT: prevention of IHD and its complications in the form of acute coronary heart disease, conduction and heart rhythm.
