FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular, to pile foundation engineering, and can be used for effective reinforcement of foundations. Method of making a drilling-injection pile with controlled broadening, consisting of a barrel, a concrete plug in its upper part and controlled broadening on its lower end, which is made in a pre-drilled well, into which a pipe-injector is mounted with a membrane-pressure tightly fixed on the lower end, a lower end of the pipe-injector is closed with a plug. Injector surface is provided with holes for solution injection closed by rubber cuffs. Membrane-barrel is mounted over several rows of rubber collars and is thrust by its lower end in the plug of the pipe-injector. After installation of the injector pipe, a concrete plug is made between the well and the outer surface of the upper part of the injector tube, then the solution is injected first into the membrane-barrel to form controlled broadening, then into annular space between formed controlled widening and concrete plug before reduction of well walls along whole length of annular space to form barrel of drilling-injection pile. To form controlled broadening at the lower end of the pipe-injector in soils of solid consistency, its preliminary softening is performed. Rubber collars are fixed on the surface of the injector tube on both sides of the solution injection holes. Injection pipe is rigidly fixed in the structure of the reinforced foundation material until concrete plug is made in the upper part of the injector tube.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of effective reinforcement of foundations by means of drilling-injection piles with controlled broadening, including in soils of solid consistency.
