METHOD OF DRILLING INJECTION PILE Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC E02D5/46

Abstract RU 2817842 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in construction of pile foundations of new buildings, in reinforcement of foundations of existing buildings and structures, as well as anchoring pits. Method of drilling injection pile includes drilling in soil base of well with simultaneous supply of flushing solution, injection of hardening working solution into the well and its pressure testing. When drilling in the soil base of the well, the first tubular anchor rod is equipped with a drilling bit having nozzles for supply of solution. Immersion of tubular anchor tie-rod is performed with its section-by-section extension by means of threaded couplings equipped with drilling screw blades, diameter of which is equal to diameter of drilling bit. After reaching the bottomhole design mark, a hardening working solution is injected through the nozzles of the drilling bit, in the first batch of which a coloring pigment is added, which forms a color signaling solution plug, after the exit of which from the well, a quick-detachable backfill case is mounted, made of a hollow metal housing in the form of a truncated cone with a solid spiral steel flange on the side surface by installing a tubular anchor rod at the outlet through a pipe located in a metal housing and having an internal conical thread on a free part in the upper outlet, as a result of which the quick-detachable backfill case is connected to the drilling mechanism and the quick-detachable backfill case is twisted into the soil base, through which an excess amount of hardening working solution is injected into the well, performing its pressure test until a widening is formed along the tubular anchor rod, after formation of which at stabilized pressure value the quick-detachable backfill case is unscrewed and removed. Tubular anchor rod is left as a reinforcing element of the pile.

EFFECT: improved manufacturability and quality of drilling injection pile, ensuring controllability of technological and geometrical parameters of the pile during its construction, as well as improving reliability and durability of the pile structure.
