FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extraction of organic fuel (coal black or brown, peat, lignite, oil shale, wood, animal wastes, poultry farming, agriculture), components of SiO2, Al2O3 contained therein from ash, Fe2O3, and so forth. Method involves mixing ash with ammonium fluoride, heating the mixture and holding it. Obtained mixture is mixed with water to form a suspension which is filtered to obtain a solution of ammonium hexafluorosilicate (NH4)2 SiF6 and an undissolved residue. (NH4)2 SiF6 solution is treated with ammonia water to obtain a precipitate of SiO2 and ammonium fluoride solution directed for regeneration. Insoluble residue is mixed with water to obtain a suspension which is filtered to obtain a filtrate - ammonium hexafluoroaluminate (NH4)3 AlF6 solution and ammonium hexafluorferrate (NH4)3 FeF6 and an undissolved residue. Obtained filtrate is treated with ammonium water to obtain a precipitate - a mixture of Al(OH)3 and Fe(OH)3 hydroxides and ammonium fluoride solution. Mixture of hydroxides is separated from ammonium fluoride solution directed for regeneration. Mixture of hydroxides is treated with an aqueous solution of hydrazine to obtain a suspension consisting of Al(OH)3, water and precipitate Fe3O4, which is separated from Al(OH)3 by magnetic separation.

EFFECT: method reduces number of technological operations with elimination of formation of a by-product - ammonium sulphate.
