SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is proposed: Fusarium equiseti fungal strain VKPM F-1455 - producer of biologically active compounds, method for its cultivation of strain and biopreparation based on Fusarium equiseti strain VKPM F-1455 strain. Strain Fusarium equiseti VKPM F-1455, which is capable of producing biologically active compounds, is deposited under registration number VKPM F-1455 and can be used to produce an enzymatic biopreparation. Method for producing an enzymatic preparation involves growing a strain of fungus Fusarium equiseti VKPM F-1455 on a nutrient medium containing beet-roots molasses, glucose, ammonium nitrate, potassium phosphate, microelements and water at specified content of components. Culturing is carried out for 36–48 hours at temperature 22 ± 1 °C, pH 5.5–6.2 and content of reducing substances in the culture medium of 0.9–1.5 wt. % with subsequent filtration and thickening of native solution of culture medium to produce biopreparation. Biopreparation is a condensed filtrate of native solution of culture medium and can be used for soil restoration for agricultural plants.
