FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention is a method of preparing and applying a suspension of fungal cultures, characterized in that the fungus suspension is based on sterile Potato Dextrose Broth with the streptomycin antibiotic introduction, Fusarium equiseti or Cylindrocarpon magnusianum culture cuttings are introduced into the broth, wherein die cutters are prepared by sterile metal drill of preset diameter (diameter 6 mm, not less than 10 die cuts per 250 ml of broth), suspension is prepared for 1–2 weeks in thermo-shaker-incubator at temperature + 20–35 °C and rotation 50–60 rpm, the ready suspension contains: spores - 1–10 million pieces/ml; mycelium fragments - 100–200 units/ml, wherein the suspension is introduced once into the ground into the well, where at the moment of picking plants, a funnel is inserted into the well from filter paper and 10–50 ml of the suspension is poured into it, the inoculation period of the plants is no more than 20–22 days, wherein the suspension, diluted with distilled water to 3÷10 times, plants are planted in amount of 100–300 ml of suspension per 1 m2 of soil or for 1 wood plant, watering is performed once at the moment of formation of root suction roots in grasses in stage of sprouts; in woody plants in stage of seedlings or seedlings, in last case in April or September during formation of young roots, inoculation period of plants is 20–30 days.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to accelerate efficiency and terms of inoculation of plants, to increase resistance of plants already at early stages of ontogenesis to unfavorable factors, including action of salts, including salts of heavy metals.
