FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for treating patients with perforated oesophagus or Boerhaave syndrome. That is ensured by forming the cuff from the gastric bottom so that it completely covers the perforated oesophagus. In the intraoperative period before the cuff formation, the lower third of the oesophagus and the stomach are treated with a mixture of aqueous solutions of 0.05 % chlorhexidine and 1 % dioxidine mixed in equal parts. In the postoperative period, the patient is prescribed oral administration of a mixture of water solutions of dioxydine 1 % and chlorhexidine 0.05 % at ratio of 1:1 in amount of 5 ml 3 times a day, the therapeutic course is fifteen days.
EFFECT: method enables eliminating the risk of suture inconsistency by complete decontamination of the oesophageal flora.
