FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to thoracic and abdominal surgery. It involves drainage of laparoscopic approach through epigastric section of anterior abdominal wall and diaphragm through oesophageal opening with active double-lumen drainages throughout purulent cavity. Drainages are brought out on anterior abdominal wall through separate counterarguments in epigastrium. Oesophageal defect is closed and strengthened. Pus-borne cavity is examined in the interpleural space by a laparoscope with a viewing angle of 30°. Then, with an end laparoscope, it is sanitized. In the end, the left sub-diaphragmatic space is drained with a safety drainage.
EFFECT: method enables minimizing traumatism of the drainage procedure, avoiding chest damage and does not affect the pleural cavities.
