FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to reproductive medicine, and can be used in treating women having multiple failed attempts at in vitro fertilization. Method involves conducting a study of a female infertility patient suffering an infertility affected by chronic endometritis methylation of the endometrial receptivity gene NOXA10, with a high level of methylation of the above gene, a therapy follows: indole-3-carbinol 300–500 mg day 2 times a day and epigallocatechin-3-gallate 400–600 mg day 2 times day for 3 months. That is followed by re-examination of methylation level of said gene, in case of absence of methyl groups in said gene woman is prescribed preparation for IVF, and if the level of methylation of said gene is maintained, a woman is prescribed a repeat therapy according to the above schedule for another 3 months.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables higher effectiveness of embryo implantation due to epigenetic drug-induced correction of the gene responsible for receptivity of the endometrial NOXA10.
