FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of soluble concentrates of whole velvet antlers. Method envisages dehairing of velvet antlers by exposure of velvet antlers to bacterial and fungal protease activity of 50,000.0 IU of each protease at their quantitative ratio in solution of 1:1 and total concentration of complex in solution of 3.5–4.0 %, with duration of fermentation process of 3.5–4.0 hours. Dehairing process is carried out at pH 8–9.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce time of velvet antlers dehairing and increase the end product quality.
