SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for fodder preparation and can be used, for example, in livestock sector and agriculture. System for collection of juice vapors comprises cyclone precipitator 2 of centrifugal type, which input is interconnected with cavity of feed fodder cavity 1 filled with steam, and outlet with inlet pipe of tubular condenser 3, annular cavity of which at outlet is connected to cooling tower 8 communicated with container 9 for collection of cooled water, and at inlet – to outlet of circulating pump 11, which input is communicated with the chilled water collection vessel, and the tubular condenser outlet pipe is communicated with the juice vapors collection tank. Cavity in the bottom of centrifugal type cyclone precipitator 2 is communicated with juice vapor collecting tank 4, vacuum pressure pump 10 is communicated with one of tubular condenser tubes, and cavity of juice vat capacity 4 is communicated via check valve 13 with at least one hydraulic seal 12.

EFFECT: system for collecting juice vapors provides higher reliability and safety of the process.
