FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind and solar power engineering. Rotor of wind-driven power plant comprises frame fixed on vertical or horizontal axis of rotation through bearings, blades with elastic part, fixed on frame, limiter of elastic part of blade, fixed by its one end to frame, and by other end to elastic part of blade with interference, thin-film flexible solar panels, which are firmly applied on blades with elastic part and from which electric cables are laid to current collectors.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of reliability of rotor of wind-driven power plant at conversion of wind energy into mechanical during rotation and into electric one.
