SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, to the field of mining of natural diamonds and other minerals by open development in a quarry. Method includes crushing of ore at the bottom of the quarry with excavators, loading of crushed ore into the body of the vehicle by loaders, lifting the vehicle of ore from the quarry for delivery to the concentrator, management and control of technological operations by a computerized management system. In this case, the electrified technological equipment is used in the quarry, power supply of process equipment is produced from wind power plants located on the surface near a quarry or on a tethered balloon with solar batteries, crushing of ore at the bottom of the pit and in the pit with water perform electric-excavators-robots, loading of the crushed ore into the body is performed by electric robots and electric-excavators-robots, lifting of ore rocks in the body and discharge of ore from the body into the receiving bunker perform electric winch, through the cables connected with a tethered balloon with solar batteries and bodywork, the cyclic operation of the process equipment in the quarry is performed automatically according to the established programs, controlled and adjusted by the dispatching console.

EFFECT: increased degree of automation of technological operations of mining, energy self-sufficiency and environmental purity in the quarry.
