A distinctive feature of the proposed method is use of a hexogen and a shell of nanocapsules of xanthum gum as a nucleus, as well as use of a precipitant of hexafluorobenzene when producing nanocapsules by a physical-chemical non-solvent deposition method.

EFFECT: technical task of invention is to simplify and accelerate process of production of nanocapsules and increase mass output.
