FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of nanocapsulated substances. Method of producing 2,4-dinitroanisole nanocapsules involves adding 2,4-dinitroanisole to a suspension of xanthum gum in sulfuric ether in presence of 0.01 g of preparation E472c as a surfactant while stirring at 600 rpm. Weight ratio of core: shell in terms of dry substance is 1:3, or 1:1, or 1:2, or 2:1. Then precipitation agent – petroleum ether is poured, obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: disclosed method of producing nanocapsules of 2,4-dinitroanisole enables to simplify and accelerate the process of producing nanocapsules and increase mass output.
