FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to methods for weight periodic batching of loose materials, including fine dispersions. Method includes setting of desired weight of dose, activation of vibrating tray, setting vibration amplitude of vibrating tray, movement of product from batcher hopper via vibrating tray, controlled weight filling of one section of weighing ladle with product moved along vibrating tray, when the preset dose weight is reached, the product supply to it is stopped, without stopping the vibrating tray operation, the product flow from the vibratory stripe is redirected to another section of the weighing ladle, and its weight filling is controlled. During filling of one section containers are installed under unloading gap of weighing ladle, when container is located under unloading gap of weighing ladle filled with preset dose of product, filled section of weighing ladle is emptied, filled container is removed, cycle is repeated.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, and also increased accuracy of batching at dosing of small doses of clumping materials.
