FIELD: the invention refers to the technique of volume discontinuous dosing of liquids.
SUBSTANCE: chiefly it refers to tough dangerously/highly explosive liquids of the nitroester (nitroglycerine) type and may be also applied at dosing usual not dangerously/ highly explosive liquids in chemical industry in the cases when it is necessary to make constant or periodic weighting control of portions of liquid distributed by volume batcher. The invention is directed towards creation of a batcher with parametric reliability at the expense of securing weighting control of each dose. The batcher has a measuring chamber, a valve and an inlet channel, a valve and an outlet channel and it is also provided with an arrangement for weighting control of distributed portions, which has a weighting scoop installed on the weighting machine and connected with measuring chamber with the aid of a connecting pipe. The outlet socket of the weighting scoop is connected with the aid of an outlet elastic pipe with inlet connecting pipe of stationary installed communicative connection, whose output connecting pipe is connected with the second elastic pipe with squeezing arrangement. The length L of the output connecting pipe from the scoop till inlet connecting pipe of communicative connection is defined according to the formula where E -module of elasticity of the material of the elastic pipe: VA - vertical transference of sensitive element of weighting machine and correspondingly of weighting scoop under the influence of the dose loaded into it; D- an exterior diameter of an elastic pipe; d - inner diameter of an elastic pipe; P - set allowable level of reaction of the elastic tube from vertical transference of the sensitive element of the weighting machine in working diapason of weighting of the dose.
EFFECT: allows to create a batcher with increased parametric reliability.
