FIELD: fuel industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention describes a composition of marine fuel, which contains from more than 50 to 90 wt % bottomhole residue of atmospheric column (ATB), which has at least one of the following characteristics: density at 15 °C in range from 0.7 to 1.0 g/cm3, pour point of −19.0 °C to 64 °C, flash temperature in range from 80 to 213 °C, acid number of not more than 8.00 mg KOH/g and kinematic viscosity at 50 °C in range of 1.75 to 15000 cSt; and from 10 to 50 wt % a component selected from a group consisting of a non-hydrotreated hydrocarbon component, a hydrotreated hydrocarbon component and any combination thereof, in which the non-hydrotreated hydrocarbon component is selected from a group consisting of suspension oil, pyrolysis gasoil, light recycle gasoil (LCO), thermal cracking residue, paraffin slop wax I group and any combination thereof, and in which the hydrotreated hydrocarbon component is selected from a group consisting of hydrotreated LCO, which contains not more than 400 pts. wt per million of sulfur ("400 LCO"), hydrotreated LCO, which contains not more than 15 pts. wt per million of sulfur ("15 LCO"), ultra-low-sulfur diesel oil (ULSD), stilling products of the hydro-cracking unit and any combination thereof.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining marine fuels with low content of sulfur, which includes at least one residual hydrocarbon component.
