FIELD: glass industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to partially enamel-coated glass sheets for doors of furnaces or refrigerators. Disclosed is a glass sheet comprising a tempered mineral glass substrate, having on one of its surfaces a transparent coating with low emissivity, and on said coating there is an enamel layer containing one or more ceramic pigments. Enamel layer covers only part of layer with low emissivity and leaves its other part free. At least 50 wt %, preferably at least 80 wt %, and in particular at least 95 wt % of ceramic pigments is selected from ceramic pigments which reflect near infrared radiation (NIR), having reflectivity at 1000 nm, determined according to standard ASTM E 903, equal to at least 40, and brightness L* less than 30. It also relates to a method for making such a sheet and to a door of a furnace or refrigerator containing such a sheet.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling near-infrared reflectance, as well as providing high absorption in the visible spectrum and sufficient reflection in the wavelength range of infrared radiation.
