FIELD: oil production in oil deposits.
SUBSTANCE: nonmetallic continuous oil pipe with cables includes internal pipe. Inner pipe is made to provide medium transfer channel. From inside to outside on outer wall of inner pipe there are serially arranged at least one layer with built-in cables and protective shell, wherein layer with built-in cables contains cables and multiple reinforcing strips. Reinforcing strips are made for torsion deformation resistance and perceptible axial tensile stress. Protective shell is made to prevent cable wear. Outside the reinforcing strips there are U-shaped wear-resistant strips. U-shaped wear-resistant strips are made for separation of adjacent reinforcing strips, outer wall of inner pipe is equipped with spiral grooves interacting with U-shaped wear-resistant strips. In non-metallic continuous oil pipe with cables, presented in embodiments of present invention, cables are built-in instead of routing cables from outside, as in existing solutions.
EFFECT: technical result is longer service life of cables and higher efficiency of oil production.
