FIELD: shock and vibration protection.
SUBSTANCE: vibration-isolating transport platform comprises a base connected by elastic assemblies with a support structure. Support structure consists of bearing frame and upper support frame interconnected by damping units. Zigzag-like combined stands made of metal plates and inserts made of resilient non-metallic material are used as resilient assemblies. Stands are uniformly arranged along the base. Damping units comprises torsion-type resilient torsion vibro-supports mounted on the bearing and support frames and connected in pairs to each other by means of cardan shafts. Damping units are located along perimeter of support frame. Brackets with hydraulic shock absorbers are fixed on each side of the base. Two sides of the support frame are connected to the hydraulic shock absorbers, and the other two – with the hinged links installed in the base brackets. One axis of articulated links is connected with hydraulic shock-absorbers and is made with possibility of movement along axis of base.
EFFECT: higher operational capabilities of the vibration insulating transport platform.
