FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed suspension comprises bearing 2 fitted on rotor 1, and vibration-isolating damping elements. Bearing 2 is arranged inside vibration-isolating ring made up of two inner 3, 4 and two outer 5, 6 semi-rings. Pairs of bistable plates consisting of support 7 and compensating 8 plates are arranged diametrically relative to bearing 2. Note here that plates 7 are arranged between inner lower semi-ring 3 and outer lower semi-ring 5, while plates 8 are arranged between inner upper semi-ring 4 and outer upper semi-ring 6. Vibration-isolating ring is fitted between upper 9 and lower 10 housing parts. Every said pair of bistable plates takes up definite load and features low rigidity.
EFFECT: vibration isolation of rotor in radial direction due to lower stiffness in plane perpendicular to rotor axis.
