SUBSTANCE: group of inventions, in general, refers to treatment of system infections caused by yeast and mold organisms, in particular, to a pharmaceutical composition for treating a disease caused by fungi, yeast or mold fungi, suitable for parenteral administration, containing an antifungal azole pharmaceutical agent and a solvent, said solvent comprising a) an alcohol component selected from benzyl alcohol and/or acidified ethanol, and b) polyethylene glycol (PEG), wherein the azole agent is dissolved in said solvent, wherein the composition is substantially free of nonionic surfactants and contains less than 5 % water, where the antifungal azole pharmaceutical is selected from a group consisting of: miconazole, ketoconazole, clotrimazole, econazole, omoconazole, bifonazole, butoconazole, fenticonazole, isoconazole, oxiconazole, sertaconazole, sulconazole, tioconazole, fluconazole, isavuconazole, ravuconazole, voriconazole, terconazole and abafungin. Group of inventions also relates to a method of producing said composition, as well as to a method of treating diseases caused by fungi, yeast or mold fungi, and use of the composition for preparing a medicinal agent.
