SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of motor roads. In reinforced concrete slabs there are branch pipes filled with sealed film. Film has bubbles filled with air. Cover ends are attached to branch pipes ends.
EFFECT: in process of movement, vehicle drives on plates, which alternately descend and rise, which ensures their passage along motor road located in lowland.
