SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to an agent exhibiting antifungal activity. Herbal agent in the form of a liquid extract having antifungal activity, in which the liquid extract is a water extract or a water-alcohol extract of elevated parts of elaeagnus angustifolia and foxtail astragalus grass taken in ratio 1:1, wherein the aqueous extract is obtained by extracting elevated parts of elaeagnus angustifolia and foxtail astragalus grass at a ratio of raw material: extraction of 1:10 or 1:20, infusion of 5 hours, then exposure to super-frequency waves with frequency of 2.45 GHz and power of 200 W for 0.25 minutes 3 times, settling for 12 hours; water-ethanol extract is obtained using an extraction in concentration of 40 %, or 50 %, or 60 %, or 70 %, by extracting elevated parts of elaeagnus angustifolia and foxtail astragalus grass at ratio of raw material: extraction 1:10, infusion for 3 hours, filtration, exposure to ultrasonic waves with frequency 22 kHz for 1 min 3 times.

EFFECT: agent described above shows manifested antifungal activity.
