FIELD: medicine; rehabilitation; pediatrics; physiotherapy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for medical rehabilitation of children with dysfunction of the pelvic organs. Against the background of ongoing rehabilitation, extracorporeal magnetic stimulation of the pelvic floor area is performed using the Avantron Pro device in a course of 10 sessions. The child is placed in the therapeutic chair of the apparatus, in the seat of which there is a built-in magnetic inductor. The following parameters of magnetic stimulation are used: the frequency of repetition of bursts of impulses is 5 Hz for a parcel of 4 seconds and with a pause of 5 seconds during the first 5 sessions, and the frequency is 10 Hz for a parcel of 5 seconds. Pause of 6 seconds during the next 5 sessions is made, the duration of one pulse of the magnetic field on the surface of the therapeutic chair is 270±50 µs, maximum value of the magnetic field induction on the surface of the therapy chair is 0.45±0.09 T at the specified frequency, stimulation and power of 100%. The duration of each session is 12–15 minutes, with alternating periods of sendings and pauses, respectively, sessions are carried out 2–3 times a week.
EFFECT: method provides versatility of non-invasive impact on children of different ages, allows to obtain a more stable positive effect.
