Disclosed is a universal ship, with a U-shaped cross-section, but flat sides, a bottom and a stern for carrying various loads in the same cargo compartment and transportation and towing of floating facilities, at that, on its boards there fixed are sheets with threaded mechanisms for attachment of towed and transported floating facilities, besides, sheets are external to ship sides, forward and backward, ship keel is made in single version or paired with hinged attachment to ship bottom and reverse extension and folding mechanism along ship bottom, pneumatic universal ship reloader includes flexible hose with conical nozzle and holes for fluidization of dust-like cargoes and unloading of pulverized and liquid cargoes, and at the nozzle end a propeller-type material ripper is installed, which is actuated from the compressed air jet, and also provided are reinforced rubber inflatable with compressed air, partitions with throttle inserts in them and with channels of labyrinth type for damping of cargo kinetic energy.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of operational characteristics of cargo ship.
