SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of transport engineering and transportation of goods. In the method, the road train consists of a truck and a trailer equipped with a hydraulic lift system for its body, devices for securing sea containers, a retractable structure for transporting oversized cargo. Said road train is equipped with a cable system, a reversible engine with a winch, guide blocks and cables, as well as a collapsible ramp and a trolley for the smooth reloading of containers and other goods. Under the bottom of the vehicle’s body and trailer, a double beam of two channels is installed, with the possibility of changing the width of its reach over the transport clearance. Body expansion sheets are attached to the surface of the beam from above, and the sides have their own detachable sides of the body and trailer supported by the frame of the vehicle or trailer or the transverse beam and tension stretches below the bottom of the body and above.

EFFECT: increase in versatility is achieved, due to the possibility of transporting various goods by one road train.
