FIELD: transport machine building.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a system and method for providing feedback to an operator for manual control of pipeline valves, particularly to valves for monitoring, feeding, injection and/or control of consumption of powders, liquids, suspensions, tablets and/or fluids. Device providing feedback to operator on fact of opening or closing pipeline valves or connection, in which pipeline valves or connection represents valves for transportation of powders, comprises: storage device for storage of recommended event of opening or closing of pipeline fittings; receiving device for reading activation of pipeline fittings or connection by operator; and a data processing device for comparing the detected activation of the pipeline fittings or connection with the recommended event of opening or closing the pipeline fittings or connection in real time or on a time scale close to the real one, and issuing to the operator a feedback signal based on the comparison results, wherein the sensing device for reading activation by the pipeline valve or connection operator is located on the actuator.
EFFECT: technical result of present invention is aimed at reducing number of critical failures of pipeline valves, as well as reduced degree of wear of viscoelastic elements and reinforcement seats.
