SUBSTANCE: detector has a data storage (REG) in a housing (G). The detector also has a control unit (KE) with nonvolatile memory (MEM) storing at least one reference date (RD). The control unit (KE) is configured to determine at least one control date (PD) and store said control date in the data storage (REG). The control unit (KE) is also configured to read and check at least one control date (PD) for presence and/or invariability depending on the reference date (RD). The control unit (KE) is also configured to recognise opening of the housing (G) if at least one of the read control date (PD) is changed or is absent. The detector also has a deleting unit (LE) which is configured to delete or change at least one control date (PD) in the data storage (REG) if an open signal caused by opening the housing is applied.
EFFECT: high degree of protection, particularly against an attack by writing and retransmission, thereby protecting from unauthorised manipulation of data stored in the device which generates or stores secure information.
