FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used to determine the beginning of the coupling capacitor destruction process and its timely replacement. System for monitoring condition of coupling capacitors, including at least one coupling capacitor connected to power transmission line, at least one voltage takeoff cabinet (VTC) and at least one measuring device, as well as a controller. VTC has an input connected to output of coupling capacitor, output connected to connection filter, two transformers, one of which supplies power to synchronism devices, the other provides power to synchronism monitoring relay and voltage. One of the transformers is equipped with an additional separate winding, to which a measuring device is installed, which is made in the form of a sensor of control of a coupling capacitor. Number of control sensors of the communication capacitor corresponds to the number of coupling capacitors and voltage takeoff cabinets.
EFFECT: simplified monitoring system of state of coupling capacitors.
