SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental cardiovascular surgery. Semilunar incision is made along a medial thigh from an inoculated ligament in distal direction 10–12 cm long. Common iliac artery, an external iliac artery and an internal iliac artery are separated from the inguinal ligament bluntly by a blunt method. Ligature of non-absorbable suture material is applied on mouth of common iliac artery. Internal iliac artery is ligatured and dissected away. External iliac artery is ligatured and sutured with a non-absorbable suture material, segment of 4–5 cm of an external iliac artery is resected. Common femoral artery, proximal segments of deep femoral and superficial femoral artery are separated. Separately, the superficial and deep femoral artery vertebra are ligated with a non-absorbable suture material.

EFFECT: method enables testing the drugs used for treating acute and chronic ischemia of the lower extremities, with maximum approach of the pathology to the clinical course of the disease.
