UHF APPARATUS FOR DEFROSTING AND HEATING COW COLOSTRUM WITH COAXIALLY LOCATED RESONATORS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A47J39/00

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for defrosting and heating cow colostrum in farms. UHF apparatus for defrosting and heating cow colostrum with coaxially located resonators comprises spherical resonator 3. Spherical resonator is made of non-ferromagnetic material with the possibility of heating of the cow colostrum and with magnetrons 2. Magnetrons are located on surface with shift by 120 degrees, emitters of which are directed inside. Along horizontal axis of spherical resonator coaxially there is cylindrical fine-meshed (perforated) non-ferromagnetic resonator 4 with bases. Resonator 4 is configured to defrost cow colostrum and rotate by means of a fluoroplastic shaft from electric motor 9. Bases of cylindrical fine-meshed resonator are made in the form of stationary installed caps 5 with holes above dielectric shaft. Diameters of spherical and cylindrical resonators are matched with wave length (2,450 MHz, 12.24 cm). To the hole of one base 5 of cylindrical fine-meshed resonator 4 there is receiving container 1 with a damper, which is located on the outer side of spherical resonator 3. Dielectric bushing 7 is inserted into the hole of the other base. Emitter from extra magnetron 6 inside cylindrical fine-meshed rotary resonator 4 is directed through bushing 7. On bottom side of spherical resonator 3 there is out-of-limit waveguide 8 with ball valve with temperature sensor installed.

EFFECT: invention ensures achievement of technical result consists in reduction of time of defrosting and warming up of cow colostrum while maintaining required physical, chemical and biological properties of the latter in continuous mode of operation with simultaneous reduction of power inputs.
