SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in farms where cattle, horses, camels, goats are kept for defrosting and warming up the colostrum of animals. A continuous-flow microwave installation with hemispherical resonators for defrosting and heating animal colostrum contains hemispherical resonators 1, 9 with a common perforated vibrating base 6 in a horizontal plane. Inside the upper resonator 1, under the grinding mechanism 2, 4, docked with the resonator and located on the outside, a dielectric disk 5 with radially arranged sharp ribs is mounted on the shaft of a high-speed motor. A vibrator 12 is located under the perforated base. At the bottom of the lower hemispherical resonator 9, a transcendental waveguide 11 with a ball valve 10 is installed. Magnetrons 7, 8 with a waveguide are located along the perimeters of both resonators 1, 9 with a shift of 120 degrees. The loading container 3 is docked with the grinding mechanism 2, 4.

EFFECT: reduced duration of defrosting and warming up of animal colostrum, which preserves its nutritional value.
