SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for defrosting and heating cow colostrum in farms. UHF apparatus with annular resonator for defrosting and heating of cow colostrum contains vertically located annular resonator 2 with receiving reservoir 1. Receiving tank comprises shutter and below cutoff waveguide 6, having ball valve 5. Ring resonator is divided into upper sections for defrosting and lower compartments for heating up by means of dielectric perforated plates 3 installed in the cross section of the ring resonator. Wherein the cross-section of the ring resonator is formed by the intersection of two circles with the same radius, and the maximum distance between the walls of the ring resonator is a multiple of the half-wavelength, and diameter of perforation holes is less than diameter of particles of crushed material. Along perimeter on the outer side of ring resonator 2 with shift of 120 degrees there are magnetrons 4 with radiators from the UHF generator with air cooling, in such a way that the average ring length is equal to the whole number of waves and is divided into equal lengths between the radiators, each of which corresponds to the whole number of wavelengths.

EFFECT: invention provides a technical result consisting in reducing the time of defrosting and heating of cow colostrum while maintaining the required physical, chemical and biological properties of the latter in continuous operation mode with simultaneous reduction of energy costs.
