FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to a method for thermomechanical treatment of deformable thermally unstrained alloys of an aluminum-magnesium system and to obtain, as a result of treatment, rolled articles, such as sheets and plates, and can be used in shipbuilding, transport machine building, aerospace engineering. Method for manufacturing of rolled articles from thermally non-hardened aluminum-magnesium system alloy containing at least two elements from group Mn, Zr, Cr, Ti, Sc, Tf includes casting of ingots, homogenization in three stages: first at temperature of 245–280 °C for 2–10 hours, then at temperature of 320–360 °C for 2–8 hours and at temperature of 400–495 °C for 1–12 hours, hot rolling with reduction of not more than 20 mm per pass, annealing after hot rolling according to mode: heating to 300–340 °C with holding for 1–8 hours, cooling to temperature of 225–250 °C with holding for 1–8 hours and cold deformation.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at production of rolled articles from alloys of aluminum-magnesium system, which allow maintaining high strength properties and corrosion resistance during operation.
