FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to thermally non-hardening wrought alloys used for the production of thin sheets and strips subjected to varnishing or painting and subsequent shaping in the form of stamping, bending into products such as container elements, can lids, building structures. Wrought alloy based on Al-Mg-Mn system contains, wt.%: magnesium 4.4-5.2, manganese 0.25-0.45, silicon 0.04-0.18, iron 0.1-0.3, copper 0.01-0.2, zinc 0.2, chrome 0.08, titanium 0.08, vanadium 0.001-0.08, beryllium 0.00001-0.0008, calcium 0.00002-0.0015, aluminium and impurities – the rest.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by higher plasticity of material and high adhesion to varnishes and paints in process of their application on sheets and tapes without additional surface preparation.
