SUBSTANCE: helmet is proposed, having housing (4) for physical limitation of head accommodating space (5) and adjustable ventilation system communicating with head space (5) in fluid communication. Ventilation system comprises at least one ventilation device (6) having at least one first ventilation duct (9) extending in helmet body (4), and first slider (18) relating to said at least one ventilation duct (9) and for changing a flow section of said at least one ventilation duct (9) configured to move along helmet body (4) between a position of opening a ventilation duct and the ventilation channel closing position. Besides, the said at least one ventilation device contains the first fixing device for fixation of first slider (18) in order to fix it in at least one preset position of fixation.
