FIELD: glass industry; vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for printing enamel on a component glass sheet of laminated glazing, comprising a pile of thin functional layers sensitive to scratches, which can be used in particular in automobiles. Disclosed is a method of making laminated glass for a motor vehicle, which comprises at least a first glass sheet, in contact with outer space of vehicle, second glass sheet, in contact with inner space of vehicle, and thermoplastic intermediate layer arranged between said two glass sheets. At least one of said glass sheets is equipped with pile of thin layers containing multiple functional layers sensitive to scratches, at that, method includes following stages: a) depositing a stack of thin layers on one of the surfaces of the first or second glass sheet, b) placing the surface of the stacked layers on the base, c) applying liquid enamel, composition of which has viscosity less than 10 Pa·s, on the uncoated surface area of the glass sheet used at step a), d) heating said glass sheets for bending or molding to temperatures of 500–650 °C, e) installation of thermoplastic intermediate layer between first and second glass sheets so that surface coated with pile of thin layers faces the intermediate layer, f) degassing of said set under vacuum, and then g) sealing and processing of said set in autoclave.
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of gluing elements located in passenger cabin of vehicle, directly on enamel located on surface facing inside cabin.
