FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of laying a fluid structural material, comprising a hydraulic binder, for layer-by-layer creation of structural elements, such as 3D printing of concrete or mortar. Proposed method comprises transfer of fluid structural material to laying head. Structural material is laid through the outlet hole of the laying head to form a layer of structural material. At that, the stage of structural material laying includes extrusion of structural material in paste-like form through the tip of the placing head. Before placing the structural material, a rheology modifier is added to the structural material so that the laid material before the setting origin has an increased yield point compared to the given material during the transportation step. After laying the first layer of structural material, at least one next layer of structural material is laid on said first layer. Amount of rheology modifier added to the structural material is selected so as to increase the yield strength so that first layer does not break under load of said at least one next layer.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of 3D printing.
