FIELD: control systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated control system of working mode of cone crusher and can be used in mining industry and construction materials industry. Automated system comprises feed conveyor 2 with controlled drive 3, crusher motor consumed power sensor 5, material loading level sensor 6 in crushing chamber, capacity controller 4 of feeding conveyor 2, output of which is connected to input of controlled drive 3 of feed conveyor 2. At that, in addition, the automated system comprises linear movement sensors 7 mounted on the base in the vertical plane of the crusher support ring, note here that outputs of engine consumed power sensor 5, material level sensor 6 in crushing chamber and linear displacement control sensors 7 are connected to input of capacity controller 4 of feed conveyor 2.

EFFECT: automated system increases accuracy of adjustment of crusher operating mode, achieving maximum permissible capacity of crusher with invariability of granulometric composition of crushing product.
