FIELD: oil and gas industry; chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermally stable compositions of paraffin deposition inhibitors. Wax oil deposition inhibitor composition comprising a non-polymeric ester compound and from about 1 wt % to 20 wt % polymer which inhibits paraffin deposition, wherein composition is anhydrous and is fluid at temperature in range of about 0 °C and −40 °C. Method of using said composition, involving formation of an anhydrous liquid composition, containing a non-polymeric ester compound and from about 1 wt % to 20 wt % polymer which inhibits paraffin deposition, storage of anhydrous liquid composition in a closed container at a first temperature in the range from about −40 °C to 60 °C, removing anhydrous liquid composition from container at second temperature in range from about −40 °C to 60 °C and introduction of an anhydrous liquid composition into a crude oil source, wherein removal and introduction is carried out by pouring or using a mechanical pump. Use of said composition for inhibiting paraffin deposition in a crude oil source.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of formation of solid substances in inhibitor at temperature from −40 °C to 60 °C without increasing vapor pressure.
