FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery. After creating a free space between the posterior surface of the isthmus of the pancreas (PG) and the mesenteric-portal venous trunk, the inferior edge of the isthmus PG is sutured with gripping peripancreatic fiber and gland tissue at depth of 5 mm. Upper edge of the isthmus PG is stitched with capture of peripancreatic cellulose and tissue of the gland to depth of 7 mm. Then the posterior portion of the isthmus PG is sutured, grasping the peripancreatic fiber and 5 mm of the gland tissue. Posterior surface of the isthmus PG is stitched, grasping the peripancreatic fiber and 7 mm of the gland tissue, selectively ligating the peripancreatic and additional arteries.
EFFECT: method enables improving the results of resectional PG interventions with its intersection within the isthmus, reducing intraoperative blood loss, traumatizing the PG tissue, reducing the length of the operation and the number of postoperative complications on the part of the remaining PG.
