FIELD: hydraulics and pneumatics.

SUBSTANCE: pressure stabilizer comprises housing that receives the central pipe with perforation belts mounted in couplings secured to the faces of the housing, damping member made of porous rubber, flexible diaphragm made of cylindrical section of spiral springs, separating member made of a flexible pipe, and device for sealing the separating member in the couplings. The central pipe is in communication with the pressure pipeline. The damping member, flexible diaphragm, separating member, and sealing device are arranged in series from the inner side of the housing to the outer side of the central pipeline. The damping member is made of rings arranged in series in axial direction with a spaced relation with respect to the inner side of the housing. The flexible diaphragm embraces the separating member to define a space between the inner side of the separating member and smooth outer surface of the central pipeline. The coupling is made of a sleeve with connecting pipe at the center of the disk. The inner cylindrical surface of the sleeve and outer surface of the housing are threaded to be connected. The face of the disk is provided with a groove for the seal. The sealing device of the separating member is made of flange which has disk with openings and bushing. The outer cylindrical surface of the disk goes into the conical surface. The locking ring squeezes the faces of the separating member by means of tightening screws and its inner surface at one of the faces is cylindrical that goes into the conical surface. The top of the cone points to the other faces, and the cone angle exceeds that of the bushing by 3-5 degrees. The inner diameter of the ring is less than that of the cylindrical section of the bushing. The bushing is set on the connecting pipe of the coupling for permitting sealing.
