FIELD: pumps.
SUBSTANCE: automatic pump comprises a group of centrifugal pumping stages placed in a body with suction and discharge cavities, suction branch pipes, and discharge branch pipes. The electric engine is linked by cables with the on/off switches of the electric engine. The electric engine is connected to the impellers of the centrifugal pumping stages by the drive shaft, wherein each stage consists of a guide apparatus, an impeller, and a pumping stage cover. The automatic pump is equipped with a bypass valve apparatus secured on the body of the pumping part and connected between the discharge and suction cavities by the bypass channel. The on/off switches of the electric engine are equipped with a control unit and an electronic circuit board with a sealed switch in the on/off circuit of the electric engine. The control unit is connected by the body and adapter thereof to the body of the pumping part on the side of the discharge cavity and is made with a guide sleeve and with a hydraulically controlled pusher and float equipped with magnets and placed accordingly at the opposite ends thereof installed coaxially in the hole of the guide sleeve. A membrane is secured under the cover, wherein a spring with a pressure element is installed on one side of said membrane and the end of the pusher opposite to the magnet is attached on the other side; additionally, an adapter made in the form of a partition is included, secured along the annular periphery thereof to the discharge cavity of the body of the pumping part and equipped with a socket wherein the end of the float opposite to the magnet is installed. The pusher and the float are made cylindrical and are installed in the hole of the guide sleeve coaxially to the impellers of the centrifugal pumping stages. The spring is equipped with a control screw for setting the starting pressure. The control unit is configured to close and open the contacts of the sealed switch of the board in the on/off circuit of the electric engine in order to maintain the head and rate characteristics of the pump in a predetermined range.
EFFECT: creation of a new design of an automatic pump.
