Rye-wheat bread crisps are made of whole grain wheat powder, rye flour, apple powder of Antonovka grade apples, drinking water, dry high-speed yeast, culinary salt, vegetable oil and powder of grain mixture of flax seeds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds in following ratio of initial components, wt. %: whole grain wheat flour 34.43, rye flour 7.95, apple powder 10.6, drinking water 39.7, dry high-speed yeast 0.6, culinary salt 1.32, vegetable oil 4.6, grain mixture powder 0.8.

EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product with improved organoleptic properties, with increased vitamin and mineral compositions, to impart preventive properties to the ready product, to intensify the process of bread production due to reduction of dough fermentation.
