SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices, systems and methods for production of well fluids, such as hydrocarbons. Downhole tool adapted to receive a milling tool or other power tool includes: tubular mandrel, adapter housing connected to mandrel, guide sleeve located in adapter housing, movable sleeve configured to slide in guide sleeve, and locking device located on wellhead side from movable sleeve. Locking device includes an upper annular portion, a lower annular portion, an annular cavity between the upper and lower annular portions, and a bridge portion extending between the upper and lower annular portions. Upper annular section is first attached to the guide cartridge. Lower annular section is made so that downward movement of lower annular section moves down movable sleeve in guide sleeve. Bridge section comprises through passage and thin-walled segment adjacent to cavity. Milling or other disconnection of bridge section provides movement of movable sleeve by lower annular section.

EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability and efficiency of tools for opening and closing tubular operating sections.
