SUBSTANCE: invention relates to blockchain. Method includes steps of: evaluating a physical infrastructure characteristic that underlies the blockchain ground; wherein, with a certain information which indicates a characteristic, a quantitatively comparable value is related, wherein the infrastructure includes several nodes which are connected to each other by a network; comparing the value with a predetermined parameter characterizing the required reliability of the blockchain and selected depending on the service to be protected by the blockchain; and outputting signal through interface, in case the value is less than the predefined parameter, wherein the characteristic relates to the physical or topological parameter of the infrastructure.
EFFECT: technical result is providing monitoring of the blockchain for its reliability.
