FIELD: electrical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular, to autonomous electric power stations of alternating current on the basis of engine and synchronous generator. Autonomous power plant of variable rotation frequency consists of power plant and synchronous generator with control system. Generator rotor is mechanically connected with engine crankshaft. AC voltage rectifier is connected to the output of the synchronous generator, and the load is supplied from the DC voltage inverter. Additionally, self-contained variable-speed power plant includes contactless step-up DC voltage converter, matching unit, renewable power supply with control unit and energy accumulator, common power supply network voltage conversion unit, as well as diagnostic unit. Proposed autonomous variable-frequency power plant is capable of using renewable energy resources in its operation and additionally implementing power factor correction function.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of functional capabilities of autonomous power plant of variable rotation frequency with simultaneous increase of efficiency and reliability, improvement of weight and size parameters and economic efficiency.
