FIELD: electrical engineering; oil and gas.
SUBSTANCE: electrical complex for autonomous power supply of downhole pumping units for oil production includes a wind-electric installation, a rectifier unit, a battery pack, a DC bus, and a control unit for the electrical complex. The output of the ground DC bus is connected via a DC power electric cable to the input of the motor control unit, namely the power contacts of IGBT transistors, which is located directly at the submersible brushless DC motor in the well. The outputs of the electrical complex control unit are connected to the inputs of the microprocessor device of the wind turbine control cabinet, the engine control cabinet and the input of the battery pack, which are designed for installation on the surface. The output of the contacts of the microprocessor device of the surface motor control cabinet is connected to the input of the submersible motor control unit, namely to the control contacts of the IGBT transistors. The contact output of the microprocessor device of the wind turbine control cabinet is connected to the wind turbine input.
EFFECT: improved energy efficiency of the electrical complex for autonomous power supply of downhole pumping units for oil production by reducing electricity losses during its conversion and transmission.
